The Visual Arts and Graphic Design Program at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica emphasizes studio and en plein air studies in painting, drawing, printmaking, book arts, graphic design, web design, digital photography and art history. Courses are offered at the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Coursework is complemented with visits to museums, galleries, archives and architecturally significant sites in Venice, the Veneto Region, Milan, Florence and Rome. Students can earn up to 18 college and graduate credits per term. Program transcripts are issued by The Scuola Internazionale di Grafica and Clark Atlanta University (accredited in the USA).


The Visual Arts and Graphic Design Program is offered during the Fall, Spring, Academic Year and Summer terms. The program is open to precollege (high school graduates), college, graduate and continuing education students. A minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale is required. Knowledge of Italian is not necessary; the program is conducted in English.
